MVM school’s cafeteria possesses a lot of potential for helping students change their eating habits. We ensure that the healthy choices, such as a sandwich, fruits and vegetables are included in lunch taken from home (no sweets, chips, chocolate, cookies or soft drinks are allowed). LKG to Grade II students have lunch in their classroom, where they can exercise table etiquette and have quiet conversation. Grade III – IX students eat lunch in the cafeteria. We give students ample time to eat, ensuring that they are getting enough nutrition, which has an impact on academic performance and school conduct. In the cafeteria, we have RO water, which is hygienic. The tables are set up in a neat and orderly way, allowing the children to eat their lunch properly.
